Why Microdose?

What is Microdosing?
Microdosing is the practice of consuming a very small amount typically just 5% to 10%—of a standard psychedelic dose. Unlike a full "trip," a microdose is sub-perceptual, meaning it won’t cause hallucinations, intense visuals, or a noticeable high. Instead, most people report feeling a subtle shift: a mental "glow," increased focus, elevated mood, or a greater sense of clarity and connection.
The goal isn’t to escape reality—it’s to engage with it more intentionally.
Microdosing is often used to:

-Support mental clarity and creativity
-Help with emotional balance or anxiety
-Improve productivity or flow states
-Deepen self-awareness and presence

Results vary from person to person, and effects can be cumulative over time. Some feel immediate benefits; others notice gradual changes over days or weeks.

It’s not a magic pill—but when done intentionally, it can be a powerful tool for self-work, emotional resilience, and mindful living.

Why Should you Microdose?
Microdosing is about more than just taking less—it's about getting more out of life. At its core, microdosing offers a way to gently shift your mental state without feeling high. Instead, most people report a kind of inner “glow”—a low-key, steady upgrade to how they feel, think, and move through the day.
People choose to microdose for a range of reasons:
-To boost creativity, problem-solving, and idea flow
-To find focus and flow
-To feel more motivated, energized, and emotionally open
-To increase empathy and connection in relationships.

But it’s not just for high-performers or artists. Many also use microdosing as a supportive tool in mental health journeys—especially for:
-Anxiety and depression
-PTSD and trauma healing
-Addiction recovery
-Mood regulation and emotional resilience

Microdosing won’t fix everything. But when paired with intention, self-awareness, and a supportive structure, it can be a powerful tool for growth, healing, and transformation.
Why you shouldn't Microdose everyday?
Microdosing every day is not recommended as your body will develop a tolerance to ps*locybin, and you will see a diminishing return on the positive effects.
When Should you Microdose?
When it comes to microdosing, there are a few different ways to schedule your doses. Our preferred method was created by the Godfather of microdosing, Dr. James Fadiman, who's method is based on a three-day rotation. One day you will have your microdose (we suggest taking it in the morning to feel the effects throughout the day)
On day two and three you will not dose, but the effects of the dose can last for several days following. Many people report feelings the positive effects even on non-dose days. We suggest microdosing for three months, then taking some time off to reflect on your experience and decide if another cycle would be beneficial to you.
